Description

Quick overview
This workflow audits a sending domain’s SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX records via Google DNS-over-HTTPS, checks real message placement in connected Gmail and Outlook mailboxes, and sends a ranked deliverability fix report generated by Anthropic Claude to a Gmail message.

How it works
Runs when you start the workflow manually.
Builds DNS queries for SPF, DMARC, MX, and a list of common DKIM selectors, then resolves them using Google DNS-over-HTTPS.
Grades the authentication setup by analyzing the returned DNS records and flags issues like missing records, unsafe SPF policy, or excessive SPF lookup count.
Reads recent messages from Gmail (including Spam and Trash) sent from the configured sender address and summarizes placement across Primary, Promotions, and other Gmail categories.
Reads recent messages from Outlook Inbox and Junk via Microsoft Outlook and summarizes placement across Focused, Other, and Junk.
Combines authentication results and mailbox placement signals, then asks Anthropic Claude to explain findings and rank fixes by expected impact.
Compiles a plain-text deliverability report and emails it via Gmail.

Setup
Set the DOMAIN (sending domain), DKIM selector list if needed, and optionally SENDER_ADDRESS, LOOKBACK_DAYS, and MAX_MESSAGES in the configuration step.
Add ANTHROPIC_API_KEY as an environment variable so the workflow can call the Anthropic Messages API.
Connect a Gmail account for reading placement data and for sending the final report email.
Connect a Microsoft Outlook account (Microsoft Graph OAuth) if you want Outlook placement, and ensure the mailbox receives messages sent from the configured SENDER_ADDRESS.
